By creating an account, checking the click-wrap consent, or using RawReach in any capacity, you enter a binding legal agreement with RawReach, operated by Tiffani Holder, Silicon Valley, California. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (/privacy), Methodology (/methodology), and any order forms or subscription agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and RawReach.
RawReach transforms raw personal narratives and experience submissions into fictionalized, de-identified behavioral marketing content. The transformation process is fundamental to our service. Content generated is not a verbatim reproduction of your submission — it is a transformed, generalized, and de-identified output designed for educational and marketing purposes.
Under the fair use doctrine and applicable copyright law, transformed content that substantially differs from source material and serves a different purpose (education, marketing commentary) may not constitute direct copying. You retain ownership of your original submission; RawReach retains no IP in raw user submissions.
The term "Forensic" in "Forensic Behavioral Content" is a metaphorical marketing term for linguistic pattern analysis. It does not imply forensic science, forensic psychology, forensic law, or any professional forensic methodology recognized by courts or clinical bodies.
RawReach is a marketing SaaS platform. Our AI identifies linguistic and behavioral patterns in user-submitted narratives for the sole purpose of generating marketing content. We do not provide:

By using RawReach, you agree that you will not use the platform or generated content for:
Violations result in immediate account termination without refund and may be referred to appropriate authorities.
By uploading any content to RawReach (text, screenshots, audio, transcripts, or any other format), you warrant that: (a) you are a party to any recorded conversations in your submission, or (b) you have obtained the legally required consent from all parties recorded in your jurisdiction, or (c) you are submitting content that is entirely fictional.
California Penal Code § 632 makes it unlawful to record confidential communications without the consent of all parties. Many other states have similar "two-party consent" laws. You assume all liability for any violation of recording, wiretapping, or privacy laws in connection with content you upload to RawReach. RawReach assumes no liability for user-uploaded content that violates these laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to hold RawReach, its owner Tiffani Holder, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RawReach and its owner, officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the platform, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third party's rights including privacy, intellectual property, or recording consent rights, or (d) content you upload, generate, or publish using our platform.
You acknowledge that:
RawReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing. By publishing content generated by RawReach, you:
By submitting content to RawReach, you grant RawReach a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. This license terminates the moment your raw submission is destroyed (upon delivery of results).
You retain all intellectual property rights in your original submission. You also warrant that you have the right to submit any content you upload, including any recordings, which may be subject to separate consent requirements under recording and wiretapping laws.
Generated content (AI Analysis and Marketing Copy) is owned by you, the user, subject to these Terms. RawReach does not claim copyright in outputs generated from your submitted content. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.
You may not resell raw RawReach platform outputs as a competing AI behavioral content service. You may not reverse-engineer our AI processing pipeline.
RawReach respects intellectual property rights. If you believe our service has generated content that infringes your copyright, see Section 17 (48-Hour Takedown).
In compliance with California SB 1142, RawReach maintains a 48-hour content removal policy. If you believe content generated by or displayed on the RawReach platform violates your rights, you may submit a takedown request:
Your request must include: (a) identification of the content at issue, (b) your contact information, (c) a statement of why the content violates your rights. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and resolve within 48 hours of receipt of a complete request.

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion options:
Upon deletion, your subscription is cancelled immediately. You will not be charged again after the deletion date.
